Six Canadian citizens have been abducted by Israeli forces in international waters while aboard the Freedom Flotilla, en route to deliver food and medical aid to Gaza. Their current whereabouts remain unknown.
We call on the Government of Canada to ensure the immediate release and safe return of all Canadian citizens detained by Israel, and to uphold its obligations under international law to protect its nationals and defend the right to humanitarian assistance
